My Xpass and ClassPoints accounts aren’t matching up, how do I fix?


Your ClassPoints and XPASS accounts are automatically linked using the email address associated with your ClassPoints account. When logging into XPASS, use the same email address used for your ClassPoints account.


Activity is automatically tracked and recorded in the brand app and member portal accessible on the web. 


Updates to point totals, earned status and rewards are automated, but may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your ClassPoints account on the brand app and member portal.

If it has been more than 48 hours and your account is still not reflecting the correct point total or tier status, please submit a ticket and we will be able to assist!
