Why can't I use the Lifetime Points shown in my ClassPoints account?


Lifetime ClassPoints reflect all the classes you’ve taken at your home studio since you created a brand account. Each class booking will be valued at 100 points. When you create your ClassPoints account, your Lifetime ClassPoints will reflect all of your historical bookings, but will not count towards your status for the quarter. Please allow for a few days after your account is created for all Lifetime Points to populate. 


Lifetime Points cannot be used towards rewards in the current quarter as they are not reflective of your current quarter activity, however, they may be used to verify your status and activity over time.
