Your ClassPoints account is housed within your specific brand account accessible through the brand app or the member portal.
To reset your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link within your brand app, or on your brand’s website. On the website, click the “Sign-In” button on the top right hand corner of the site, then the “Forgot Password” link on that page. Select your studio, enter your email address, then click “Send Password Reset Instructions”
When logging back into the app, be sure to use the correct email address associated with your member account, along with selecting the correct studio before attempting to login. In many cases, users have multiple studio accounts using the same email address which could cause confusion if the correct studio is not selected when trying to log back in.
For easy access, you can also click the link below for your specific brand and you’ll receive an email with password reset instructions. Please also check your spam folder.
