If you do not see the ClassPoints card on your app, check to make sure you are using the most updated version of the app.
To check to see if your app needs to be updated, follow these general steps:
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Search for the app
- Once you've found the app, scroll down to the "Additional Information" section of the app's page.
- The date of the app's most recent update will be listed under the "Updated" heading.
For iOS:
- Open the App Store app on your device.
- Search for the app
- Once you've found the app, scroll down to the "App Information" section of the app's page.
- The date of the app's most recent update will be listed under the "Updated" heading.
Once the app has been updated, re-open the app. You should see the ClassPoints card as the 5th card in the bottom navigation.
