I took a class, but my ClassPoints points total isn’t matching up

 

Activity is automatically tracked and recorded in the brand app and member portal accessible on the web. 

 

Updates to point totals, earned status and rewards are automated, but may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your ClassPoints account on the brand app and member portal.


If it has been more than 48 hours and your account is still not reflecting the correct point total or tier status, please email us at support@classpoints.com.

 

**Please note that bookings made through ClassPass & GymPass are NOT eligible for earning ClassPoints.**
