I took a class at a different studio, but my ClassPoints total isn’t updating to reflect my points

 

ClassPoints automatically tracks class activity across all studios within a particular brand, using the email address associated with your ClassPoints account. 

 

Activity is automatically tracked and recorded in the brand app and member portal accessible on the web. 

 

Updates to point totals, earned status and rewards are automated, but may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your ClassPoints account on the brand app and member portal.


If it has been more than 48 hours and your account is still not reflecting the correct point total or tier status, please email us at support@classpoints.com.
